Accessibility Statement

Vesta Prosperity PBC  ยท  Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment

Vesta Prosperity PBC is committed to ensuring that our digital services are accessible to everyone โ€” including people with disabilities. We believe that financial tools should work for all people, regardless of how they interact with the web.

We are actively working to make our website and platform conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Target conformance: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

What we're doing

Our accessibility efforts include:

๐Ÿ”ค

Text alternatives

Meaningful alt text for images and icons. Screen reader-compatible markup throughout.

โŒจ๏ธ

Keyboard navigation

All functionality accessible via keyboard. Clear focus indicators on interactive elements.

๐ŸŒˆ

Color contrast

Text and interface elements designed to meet minimum contrast ratios for readability.

๐Ÿ“ฑ

Mobile & responsive

Layouts that reflow and resize for different screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations.

๐Ÿ—ฃ

Plain language

Content written in clear, simple English. Spanish-language support available for key client materials.

๐Ÿ“‹

Form accessibility

Intake forms include labels, error messages, and input guidance designed for all users.

Known limitations

We are a small, growing team and acknowledge that our platform may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA in all areas at this time. We are actively identifying and resolving gaps. Known areas of ongoing improvement include:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible. We are working to make these materials available in accessible HTML formats.
  • Certain embedded third-party tools (such as scheduling widgets) may have their own accessibility limitations. We work with vendors who prioritize accessibility.

If you encounter a specific barrier, please tell us โ€” your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.

Assistive technology support

Our platform is designed to work with common assistive technologies, including:

  • Screen readers โ€” tested with NVDA and VoiceOver on common browsers
  • Screen magnification โ€” content reflows at high zoom levels
  • Voice control software โ€” labels and controls designed for voice input
  • High contrast modes โ€” platform respects system-level contrast preferences

Language & multilingual access

We serve communities that include non-English speakers. Client-facing materials are available in English and Spanish, with additional languages in development. If you need materials in another language or require a language interpreter to access our services, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Experiencing an accessibility barrier?

Tell us. We take every report seriously and will follow up within 5 business days. Describe the barrier, the page or feature where you encountered it, and the assistive technology you were using (if any).

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant regulatory body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, complaints about website accessibility may be filed with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.

We are committed to resolving accessibility issues directly with you whenever possible. Please reach out to us first at hello@growwithvesta.com.
